Role & responsibilities

He shall be responsible for Planning, Organizing & Directing, the team of engineers and professionals, monitoring, expediting, reviewing, completion by adhering to tender/Contractual Obligation, coordination & attending meetings with client

Preferred candidate profile

- Understand customers expectations & requirement and percolate to subordinates. • Conduct trade and functional training programs for subordinates.
- Ensure adherence to EHS standards established by the company
- Conceptual Planning of the Project
- Thoroughly study the drawings to understand to guide/instruct site team in advance,
- Let Taking out quantities of all project activities/materials items stage wise, Planning and Estimation of Site Infrastructure
- Resource and manpower Mobilization & its monitoring for effective usage.
- Overall administration/timely completion of the Project as per stipulated time and norms satisfactorily by every aspect.
- Adhere to Reporting by M.I.S. (Management Information System) or established procedure by GVI management.
- Timely submission of monthly RA bills, labour bills,



purchase bills, vendor employees/ workers compliances. Also responsible for preparation and certification of Final Bills and reconciliation of material.
- Responsible to control/minimize wastage of Construction Material.
- Liaison with Client / Consultants.
- Inspiring, training, managing site team as team leader.
- Preparing, updating and maintaining all required registers as our QMS/Client/norms
- Timely completion of project within the given time frame and maintaining quality of Work at all stages as per specifications.
- Preparation of budget, cash-flow and monitoring the expenses.
- Timely regularly and appropriately submitting Daily Progress and manpower reports, weekly reports, Monthly reports to management and Clients by email/WA.
- Developing and maintaining professional discipline, cordial, satisfactory cool relationship with client, consultants, vendors, employees, subcontractors & all site people.
