Role & responsibilities:

- To conduct Supplier system, product & process audit as per supplier audit criteria & create action plan & close all non- conformities within given timeframe
- Internal qualified auditor for IATF , CQI - special processes.
- To conduct audit at the time of new development of special process & at the time of current supplier selection.
- To select new supplier based on supplier Evaluation & assessment, Supplier capacity confirmation & Supplier Risk Assessment
- Supplier visit for quality improvement, QAV, quality issues and submission of closures of any observation in audit related to special processes.
- To up-grade & sustain supplier in green category, develop non certified (ISO 9001:2015) supplier.
- Responsible for coordination of customer audits related to special processes
- Communication and follow up with supplier for routine issues and Supplier PPAP verification
- Ensuring documents implementation as per IATF / customer requirements.
- Monitoring of Internal (special process) quality problems, Customer Satisfaction and coordinating for corrective actions.
- To get APQP time line chart from supplier & review development progress considering commitment to customer for on time sample
- Conduct PPAP Audit & give approval for mass production (Signed PSW)
- Share all requirements, product safety, statutory & regulatory,



special characteristics related to products during initial phase of development
- Maintain the data confidentiality, integrity and ensure the availability of information on time
- Protection of information and other associated Assets
- Information Security Risk Management activities and in particular acceptance of residual risks (risk owner)
- Ensuring that the EnMS is established, implemented, maintained and continually improved;
- Implementing action plans to continually improve energy performance
- Establishing criteria and methods needed to ensure that the operation and control of the EnMS are effective.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 8-14yrs experience in Supplier Quality
- Btech/Diploma in mechanical of any related field
- Handling Suppliers related to special processes
- Knowledge of Problem Solving Methodology including Root Cause Anlysis
- Knowledge of special processes like plating, coating, heat treatment.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and other Quality Systems
- Knowledge of Core Tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP & PPAP)
- Will versed with Manufacturing Processes with troubleshooting
- Knowledge of GD&T.;
- Internal auditor certification / CQI certification
- Computer Literacy - Power point and Excel
- Data Analysis and Presentation
