Role Overview

The Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant Cum Accountant will be responsible for managing all programs, physical and financial data. Update of information on daily basis, computerization of outreach and project level data and consistency and quality checks of data, conduct data analysis and prepare monthly reports for review and reporting to SACS..

Key Responsibilities

- Timely collection of various reports from the field level staffs, financial documents, analyze them and prepare monthly report indicating progress, gaps
- Ensure timely submission of reports to SACS/TSU/DAPCU or any other agency
- Ensure procurement process is followed as per directions of SACS
- Ensure all financial norms, financial documents are maintained as per norms




- Ensure orientation of staffs about different reports, financial transactions.

Requirements

Education and Skills: She/he should be a graduate in any discipline of Computer Sciences, preferably with three years experience at district level programs related to health, livelihood programs, rural development, microfinance and HIV/AIDS programs.

Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with government health policies and programs

- Solid communication skills
- Ability to work in small teams, and flexible ways of working
- Computer skills in documentation, excel and PPT
- Accounting skills.
