We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing & AI Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, lead generation, and the use of AI tools to improve marketing performance and business growth.

The candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing activities, creating engaging content, generating quality leads, and using AI tools to improve marketing strategies and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects and properties.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create engaging content such as posts, reels, videos, captions, blogs, and marketing creatives.
- Use AI tools for content creation, image/video generation, copywriting, research, automation, and marketing optimization.
- Generate and manage leads through social media, digital campaigns, Google, and other online platforms.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead management and follow-up.
- Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance, engagement, reach, and lead generation.
- Assist in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the real estate sector.




- Develop innovative marketing ideas and strategies to promote real estate projects.
- Maintain regular reports of digital marketing activities and campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, social media algorithms, and real estate marketing strategies.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, and other AI-based marketing tools.
- Knowledge of content creation, copywriting, and social media management.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of lead generation and digital marketing campaigns.
- Good communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to use AI tools to improve marketing productivity and content quality.
- Basic knowledge of SEO will be an added advantage.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree or certification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or a similar role.
- Candidates with strong practical knowledge of AI tools and digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
