ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and coordinate candidate assessments.
- Handle offer negotiations and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.
- Support employer branding and talent pipeline development.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 to 8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience hiring for Production, Quality,



Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and corporate functions.

Required Skills

- Robust sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines
