Looking for Affiliate Manager International Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Manager International Sales to build and expand our global affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in international affiliate marketing, performance marketing, and business development, along with an existing network of affiliate agencies, publishers, advertisers, and affiliate networks.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, managing affiliate campaigns, driving revenue growth, and maintaining long-term relationships with global partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage relationships with international affiliate networks, publishers, agencies, and direct advertisers.
- Identify and onboard new affiliate partners to drive business growth.
- Manage end-to-end execution of affiliate campaigns and ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign launch, optimization, and reporting.
- Negotiate commercials, payouts, and campaign terms with affiliate partners.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize KPIs, and maximize ROI.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with affiliate managers, publishers, and account managers across international markets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging traffic sources, and performance marketing strategies.





Required Skills

- 1-5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or International Business Development.
- Hands-on experience managing CPA, CPI, CPS, CPL, Mobile App, and Performance Marketing Campaigns.
- Experience working with affiliate networks such as Impact, Awin, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, Partnerize, Everflow, Admitad, ClickDealer, Marketcall, or similar platforms.
- Strong network of international publishers, advertisers, affiliate agencies, and performance marketing partners.
- Good understanding of affiliate tracking platforms, attribution models, and campaign optimization.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
- Ability to independently source, onboard, and manage affiliate partnerships.

Preferred Profile

- Proven track record of generating revenue through affiliate partnerships.
- Existing international affiliate network that can be leveraged immediately.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
