Key Responsibilities

- Manage turnkey projects from project start to final handover.
- Coordinate Civil, MEP, Medical Engineering, Interior, and external works.
- Plan project schedules, resources, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and resolve project issues.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
- Monitor project costs and budgets.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
- Supervise site engineers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and final handover.
- Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to management.

Required Skills

- Experience in turnkey project execution.
- Knowledge of Civil, MEP, Medical Engineering, and Interior works.
- Valuable leadership and team management skills.
- Strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of BOQ, billing, project documentation, and contract management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and ERP software.
