Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: In-house Server & System Administration:

- Install, configure, and manage Windows/Linux physical & virtual servers at corporate and other office locations.
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Servers, and Database/Application Servers.
- Manage server backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
- Maintain server room infrastructure (UPS, cooling, cabling).
- Implement and monitor system security updates & patches.
- Maintain system documentation and configurations. Network Administration (Multi-location):
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN across offices.
- Manage network devices switches, routers, firewalls, wireless APs.
- Ensure secure, reliable connectivity between corporate office, branch offices, and remote users.
- Conduct network performance monitoring and optimization.
- Implement network security protocols and access controls. IT Security & Compliance:
- Enforce IT security policies for all servers and networks.




- Conduct security audits and manage endpoint protection.
- Support compliance with Pharma industry regulations (Data Integrity, GxP systems where applicable).
- Manage data protection & access controls. IT Operations & User Support:
- Provide 1st/2nd level support for server, network, and system issues across locations.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Maintain IT asset inventory across offices.
- Support deployment of recent systems and infrastructure rollouts.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and AMC support.
- knowledge of handling multi locations setup, LAN/WAN, IT security etc.

Preferred candidate profile

Education-B.sc./ BCA/ B.tech

Location-Faridabad (Ballabhgarh), but candidates need to travel to delhi HO for work purpose.
