Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home (WFH)

Language Required- English & Kannada

Employment Type: Full-Time

Mandatory System Requirements:-

* Laptop/Desktop with:

* Intel i5/i7 Processor or

* AMD Ryzen 5/Ryzen 7 Processor

* Minimum 8 GB RAM

* Windows 10 or above

* Stable broadband/Wi-Fi connection with at least 50 Mbps speed

* Power backup facility for uninterrupted work

Compensation & Benefits

* Salary: Up to 16k CTC per month

* Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to 3,000

* Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally

* Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction

* Accurately update customer interaction records in the system

* Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance standards
