Job Description for Human Resource Manager

Job Profile:

We are currently hiring a HR Manager to join our Human Resources team and support the team on HR Operations

Job Responsibilities

- End to end Recruitment from Sourcing , Selection, Negotiations, Documentation, Onboarding,
- Training activities like Induction & Orientation of Current Joiner and other training activities.
- HR operations day to day HR work handling like Employer-Employee Relations, general queries and grievance handling , Day to day Coordination, Tracking, Reporting & Analysis, Documentation and Data Management in Excel sheets.
- Coordination with branches For transfers, For leave absenteeism, For LM, For corrective action OR Counselling
- Checking for New joiners – week off, timings and feedback from managers.




- Absenteeism report updating and follow-up with branches
- Day to day admin work related to employee verification, new employee data updating, leave management as per approval and leave applied etc.

Requirements and skills

- Work experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the retail industry
- Minimum qualification – Graduation or above
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- At-least 5 - 6 years of Experience in HR OPERATIONS OR EMPLOYEE LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT
- People oriented and results driven.
- Male Candidates Preferred
