Role & responsibilities :
- Prepare and position patients for radiation therapy procedures.
- Operate LINAC and other radiation therapy equipment safely and accurately.
- Deliver prescribed radiation treatments according to the treatment plan.
- Assist in CT simulation and treatment planning procedures.
- Verify patient identity and treatment parameters before each treatment session.
- Monitor patients during treatment and provide appropriate care and support.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
- Perform routine equipment quality assurance and safety checks.
- Follow radiation safety, infection control, and hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
