Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage cash applications, claims processing, and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Conduct audits and reviews of accounts receivable processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collections efficiency and reduce bad debts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies and provide timely support.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related field (BPO/Call Centre industry).
- Robust knowledge of Cash Applications, Claims, Collections, Financial Analyst, Auditing skills.
- Proven track record in managing large volumes of data accurately under tight deadlines.
