Required Qualifications

- 10 15 years of experience in software development with at least 4 years in a technical leadership role
- Strong expertise in frontend (React or equivalent SPA frameworks) and backend (Node.js/Express or similar) technologies
- Deep hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable) and PaaS services
- Proven experience designing scalable, distributed, and event-driven systems
- Strong experience in API design, system integration, and messaging architectures
- Solid database design expertise (relational databases, performance optimization, indexing strategies)
- Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams in Agile environments
- Robust understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management
- Expertise in authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, JWT, RBAC)
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills
