Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for receipt of Raw, Packaging & Miscellaneous materials as per PO/Approved vendor list.
2. Responsible for maintaining documents as per ISO 9001:2015(QMS), ISO 22000: 2018(FSMS) and any documents pertaining to Audit requirement.
3. Dispensing and issuance of raw/packing materials as per the production requirement.
4. Monitoring & record of temperature and relative humidity/other stores log in all areas across the stores.
5. Responsible for periodic physical stock verification for raw & packaging materials.
6. handling, storage, and bin allocation for the newly received and approved materials.
7. Affix the loose labels for loose cont./bags after dispensing before placing their original place.

Verification and updating of BMR & BPR against the ERP copy.
9. Coordinating with QC for on-time approval of raw materials and arranging vendor COAs.
10. Verification of material retest dates and coordination with QC for sampling, analysis, and approval.
11. Responsible for keeping, maintaining as per cGMP of all PM areas at all time.
12. Any other jobs and responsibility as & when entrusted by HOD.
