We are looking for a Qualty control engineer specialising in inspection for Ambernath location.

Pick and drop facility available.

Pleas find below details :

Basic knowledge of Stainless Steel material composition, Physical & Micro testing.

Pipe and Tube inspection for Visual, Dimension, Tensile, Hardness, RB, FB, Micro, Macro and ED current test /

Hydro testing.

Technical skills

- NDT Level II and ASME section IX compliance for GTAW welder qualification.
- Valuable communication and training skill in English.
- Knowledge about Quality Documentation like preparation of Quality manual, Device file, Work Instruction
- TPI inspection like TUV, SGS, Lloyds, Bureau Veritas and bis.
- Basic Knowledge about Quality Management System like-ISO 13485, ISO 9001,





Primary Responsibilities

- Daily Inward material coming inspection and in process inspection
- Outsource inspection at vendor place.
- Pipe and tube inspection at manufacturer premises.
- Technical document file preparation like-MOC certificate, IPR and welding document.
- Co-ordination with other department like store, Purchase, Design and production for various process.
- Implementation and monitoring of QMS within department.
- Analysis of departmental data for CA-PA.
