Role & responsibilities

1. Conduct Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) studies, Life Cycle Assessments (LCA), and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) using standard methodologies and tools

2. Support CBAM services, including data reviews, accounting, verification, documentation, and client interactions.

3. Provide technical support to the sales team by responding to RFPs/RFQs, clarifying methodology, and assisting in client meetings.

4. Ensure timely client communication and follow-up for invoicing, supporting internal finance and delivery tracking

5. Assist the team in identifying current leads and client opportunities relevant to sustainability and product assessment services.

6. Maintain/develop a positive and productive business relationship with clients by

a. securing current business,

b. maximizing work opportunities,

c. optimizing new work potential,

d.



facilitating day-to-day operations,

e. resolving problems,

f. Avoid claim situations or loss of work.

7. Regularly report to team management on client status and issues

8. Keep abreast of external market developments, relevant legislation, competitor activity (in general and especially in relation to the client), to ensure SGS remains the service provider of choice

9. At all times, adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the Health & Safety of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures.
