Role & responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads and hiring managers.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary, release offer letters, and manage candidate documentation.

• Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain the company's employer brand.

- Coordinate with the HR team for onboarding and joining formalities.

• Maintain recruitment data and update ATS/HRMS or recruitment trackers regularly.

• Participate in employer branding initiatives,



campus hiring, and recruitment drives whenever required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong screening and interviewing abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

- Good organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tracking tools.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 25 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Experience hiring for E-commerce, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Customer Support, and Warehouse roles will be preferred. • Experience working in a startup or high-growth organization is an added advantage.
