Looking for a Regional Academic Operations Manager!

Location: Patna

Roles and responsibilities:

- Responsible for planning and delivering the academic programs and to ensure the curriculum is delivered effectively and meets the standards.
- Supervise, guide, and assess the day-to-day teaching programs at all centres.
- Responsible to resolve the academic issues at the respective centre
- Ensure the faculties teach the students in accordance with course descriptions, learning outcomes, and institutional policies and procedures.
- Lead the Academic Operations Managers to ensure the curriculum is completed as per the defined timeline
- Ensure the teaching aids, such as study materials, slides, videos, and animations, are appropriately used and maintained during the session
- Regularly evaluate teaching methods and use data to improve instructional strategies continually
- Maintain a safe, orderly environment conducive to learning.
- Ensure information on Course completion is provided to students and parents, and information dissemination of further details on the next class course plan for corrective actions for repeated concerns and complaints raised by parents and students




- Student retention ensures that students are retained, and any challenge that may make the student leave the program is addressed immediately
- Provide feedback to the team on communication and interpersonal skills
- Participate in organisation-level meetings.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Science, Management, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in Academic Operations, Academic Management, or the EdTech/coaching industry.
- Solid understanding of curriculum planning, academic delivery, and faculty management.
- Experience in handling student and parent escalations, academic quality, and retention initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and travel across centres as required.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality academic outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
