- Develop and execute strategies to grow the agency channel, increasing revenue and market share.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to identify recent business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in general insurance sales or related field.
- Proven track record in agent recruitment, management, and development.
- Strong understanding of the Indian insurance industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
