Role & responsibilities:-

The Fund Managerwill execute and oversee global investment strategies across diverse asset classes. The candidate will manage cross-border capital, launch international fund structures (AIFs, ETFs, or Mutual Funds), and ensure absolute adherence to global fiduciary standards. Oversee investment strategy and execution for Funds.

Fund Operations & Investment Coordination

- Execution of trades in accordance with approved mandates & operational procedures.
- Monitor fund performance, NAV updates, and reporting in coordination with fund administrators.
- Coordinate execution of investments in overseas passive products
- Coordinate with fund administrators on all operational activities s required.
- Ensure all investment activities and fund operations are conducted in compliance with IFSC regulations, fund documentation, and internal policies.
- Maintain records required under AML/CFT, FATCA, CRS, and audit norms.
- Support year end audit process and other fillings

Regulatory Compliance & Governance

- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, tax, legal,



and compliance requirements applicable to GIFT City funds
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and respond to fund-related queries, inspections, and information requests in collaboration with the Principal Officer and Compliance Officer.
- Support governance processes by maintaining appropriate records, documentation, and regulatory filings.

Operational Oversight & Reporting

- Oversee day-to-day fund operations and ensure timely completion of all operational deliverables.
- Support periodic management reporting and provide operational updates to senior stakeholders as required.

Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate effectively with teams across AMC, Alternatives, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and external service providers to ensure seamless fund operations.
- Act as a key point of contact for operational and administrative matters relating to GIFT City fund structures and activities.

Organizational Support

- Support GIFT City initiatives as required
