- Maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to business outcomes and regulatory needs

Requirement Definition

- Translate business needs into clear, testable, and compliant user stories

Delivery Enablement

- Support teams with clarifications, decisions, and acceptance criteria

Stakeholder Alignment

- Align Business, Risk, Ops, and IT on scope, priorities, and timelines

Adoption & Perks

- Drive UAT, readiness, adoption, and benefits realization
