Job Description: SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant
Role Overview
The SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Plant Maintenance solutions to manage maintenance operations, asset lifecycle, and reliability processes. The role ensures effective planning, execution, and monitoring of maintenance activities aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP PM functionalities including Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, and Refurbishment.
- Manage equipment, functional locations, task lists, and maintenance plans.
- Support work order management including planning, scheduling, execution, and confirmation.
- Integrate SAP PM with MM, PP, QM, and FI modules.




- Analyze maintenance processes and recommend system improvements.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
- Support testing activities including unit testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Provide post-go-live support and end-user training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PM module.
- Good understanding of plant maintenance and asset management processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA PM is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of integration with MM, PP, QM, and FI modules.
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
