We are looking for a hands-on Microservices Designer & Developer to support the migration of TIBCO-based services to Quarkus-based microservices. The role requires active participation in a Scrum-based Agile delivery model, with end-to-end ownership of design, development, and implementation of microservices.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Analyze existing TIBCO-based services and integration workflows
- Design and define microservices architecture using Quarkus framework
- Break down monolithic into independent microservices
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements
- Define data flow designs
- Ensure adherence to microservices design principles (loosely coupled, scalable, fault-tolerant)
- Support developers during implementation by providing design guidance and clarifications
- Perform impact analysis and ensure backward compatibility where required
- Define logging, monitoring, and error-handling strategies
- Participate in code reviews and design validation discussions
- Document architecture, design patterns, and migration approach
