Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager E-commerce / Marketplace Operations
Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 3–8 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Business/Commerce/Operations/Supply Chain or related)

Key Requirements:

- Experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, Merchant, Customer, Supply Chain or Sales Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Flipkart Seller Hub (preferably in Electronics/Manufacturing).
- Knowledge of Merchant Management, Claims, Reconciliation, Settlements & Dispute Resolution.
- Positive Excel, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage merchant operations and resolve delivery, return, payment & claim issues.
- Monitor order fulfilment and coordinate with logistics and finance teams.
- Handle end-to-end claims and settlement processes within SLA.
- Improve operational processes, maintain SOPs and drive automation initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance merchant experience.
