What you can look forward to you as Junior Key Account manager (m/f/d):

- Build andmaintainrelationships with customer personnel at local entities ofoverseas OEMs.
- Support local customer plants
- Gather information about customerplant situationand feed it to GKAMtoensure sales planreflectthe potential reality. (both for IP and S OP plans)
- Support ZF WP and customer plants on invoicing/delivery related topics, support visits of customers (incl. quality, engineering) or visits to customers when needed.
- Co ordinate with multiple internal functions to ensure customer delight is maintained.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and ZF policies in collaboration with Legal, Compliance Corporate teams.




- Support/Coordinate marketing initiatives to position ZF WP as leading supplier of technologically advanced and high quality reliable products in the eyes of customer and market.
- Continuously keep an overviewonthe market to understand competitors, customers and overall wind industryandshare informationtoGKAM

Your Profile as Junior Key Account Manager (m/f/d):

- Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, preferably with masters in management
- 10+ years experience in engineering industry of similar nature preferably in wind industry
- Positive understanding of the market dynamics in wind industry
- Good written and verbal communication skills. (Proficiency in multiple languages will be added advantage)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
