Position: Associate Dentist

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dental team in Guntur. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of clinical experience and be capable of providing quality dental care while ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
- Develop and explain treatment plans to patients.
- Perform routine dental procedures including:

- Scaling & Polishing
- Tooth Extractions
- Composite Fillings
- Root Canal Treatment (RCT) assistance/basic RCT
- Crown & Bridge procedures

- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Follow infection control protocols and sterilization standards.
- Collaborate with senior dentists and support staff to deliver quality patient care.




- Ensure a high standard of patient satisfaction and ethical clinical practice.

Required Qualifications

- BDS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid Andhra Pradesh State Dental Council Registration.
- 1–2 years of clinical experience in a dental clinic or hospital.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
- Good communication and patient counselling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining electronic patient records.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in RCT, crown preparation, and restorative dentistry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a patient-centric approach.
