A fast-growing global learning & professional education platform is looking for a senior leader to own and shape its program portfolio and growth strategy across high-impact digital learning offerings.

What Youll Do

- Drive end-to-end program portfolio & growth strategy
- Identify, prioritize, scale, redesign, or sunset programs based on data and market signals
- Lead new product creation with strong market relevance, differentiation & profitability
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Delivery & Finance
- Act as a strategic interface with academic partners & faculty
- Build and mentor a high-performing NPD / strategy team.

What Were Looking For

- Background in strategy, consulting, product, analytics, or business leadership
- Robust commercial acumen and data-driven decision making
- Experience building scalable, profitable products
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
- Executive presence with the ability to influence and challenge
