Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation through compelling visual content, maintaining our website, and managing our social media presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging visual content (portraits, graphics, banners) for lead generation campaigns using Canva and Adobe XD
- Plan, create, and manage content calendars across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, and analytics; optimize strategy based on insights
- Maintain, update, and troubleshoot the company website on WordPress
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns to support sales and marketing goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices




- Manage paid social/digital ad campaigns (if applicable) to support lead generation
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, Social Media Executive, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Canva and/or Adobe XD for design work, especially portrait/visual creation
- Working knowledge of WordPress for website updates and maintenance
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategy
- Experience in lead generation campaign design and execution
- Basic understanding of SEO and website analytics (Google Analytics a plus)
- Excellent communication and creative skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects/deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (preferred)
- Prior UAE/Dubai market experience is a plus
