Job Location - C139, Industrial Area - Phase 8, Mohali

Roles and Responsibilities

- Contact customers through outbound calls to follow up on overdue payments and outstanding dues for banking products.
- Communicate payment details, due dates and available repayment options to customers in a qualified manner.
- Achieve collection targets while maintaining quality standards and adherence to banking guidelines.
- Handle customer queries and concerns related to outstanding payments and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Negotiate repayment plans with customers while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, commitments,



and payment updates in the collection system.
- Follow up regularly with customers who have committed to payments and ensure timely closure.
- Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal processes and ethical collection practices.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and uphold professional communication standards.
- Prepare and share regular updates on collection performance and customer feedback with the reporting manager.
