Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage production lines to ensure efficient use of resources, meeting quality standards, and achieving productivity targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Analyze data to optimize line balancing, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 11-20 years of experience in apparel manufacturing or industrial engineering in the garment industry.
- Robust understanding of knitwear/knits production processes and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record in managing complex operations with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
