- Excellent/Advanced spreadsheet and Document writing skills.

Key Responsibilities
- To identify various performance parameters for each function and process which is to be a part of performance management.
- To link the performance parameters to the organization goal.
- To Analyzing the performance data
- Presenting statistical performance analysis on Monthly and quarterly basis.
- Design and review policies related to employee performance
