- Perform RF planning, optimization, and network performance analysis.
- Monitor and troubleshoot RF network issues to ensure optimal service quality.
- Conduct drive tests and analyze network performance data.
- Support site surveys and assist in RF design and network rollout activities.
- Analyze KPIs and recommend optimization strategies to improve network performance.
- Coordinate with field teams for issue resolution and project implementation.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and daily progress updates.




- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Required Skills
- Basic understanding of RF planning and optimization concepts.
- Knowledge of LTE/4G and 5G technologies.
- Familiarity with drive test tools and RF optimization techniques.
- Understanding of telecom network architecture and wireless communication.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Robust communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation. Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electronics & Communication, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 6 Months u2013 1 Year of experience in RF Engineering or Telecom Network Operations. "
