Job Title: MEAN/MERN Stack Developer

Location: MG Road, Bangalore (Hybrid)

Working Hours: Overlap with US Central Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled MEAN Stack Developer with experience in building scalable enterprise web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and Node.js. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a passion for clean code, and the ability to contribute effectively throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and deliver high-quality software within agreed timelines.
- Build and maintain enterprise web applications using Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Angular (preferred). Experience with React.js or Vue.js is also acceptable.
- Apply object-oriented and functional programming principles to develop scalable and maintainable applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve development velocity and product quality.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.




- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Develop effective solutions to improve application performance and system integrations.
- Participate in production support and incident resolution activities.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
- Lead technical initiatives when required and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js.
- Strong experience in Angular (preferred) or React.js is also acceptable.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and functional programming concepts.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Experience with code reviews, technical documentation, and coding best practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work overlapping hours with the US Central Time zone.
