- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure closures.
- Handle hiring for MNC clients across Product, Service, and Banking domains.
- Experience in domestic IT recruitment with solid sourcing and communication skills.
