Lulu Group India is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join its Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, auditing, and financial analysis. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic business decision

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Manage general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Handle direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings.
- Coordinate and support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and variance analysis for management review.
- Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost optimization.




- Ensure timely completion of statutory compliances and regulatory reporting.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, government authorities, and external consultants as required.
- Support ERP-based financial operations and process automation initiatives.
- Assist in implementing internal controls and maintaining financial governance.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing.
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP (FI/CO), Oracle, or similar ERP platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Large Corporate sector.
- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to budgeting, financial planning, and business analysis.
- Familiarity with internal controls and risk management practices.

Educational Qualification

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- 2–5 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) in Finance & Accounts.
