We are seeking an experienced Power BI Administrator with strong expertise in managing and administering enterprise-level Power BI environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Power BI administration, governance, security, performance monitoring, and user support. The candidate will work closely with onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and administer the organization s Power BI workplace
- Configure and monitor Power BI Admin Portal settings
- Create and manage workspaces, reports, dashboards, datasets, and apps
- Manage user access, workspace roles, permissions, and security groups
- Implement and support Row-Level Security (RLS), sensitivity labels, and data governance policies
- Install, configure, and monitor On-Premises Data Gateway
- Troubleshoot data refresh failures, gateway issues, access errors, and report performance problems
- Monitor usage metrics, audit logs, capacity performance, and overall platform health
- Enforce Power BI governance standards, naming conventions, and publishing guidelines
- Provide user support through training, documentation, issue resolution, and best-practice guidance




- Facilitate discussions with multiple stakeholders and manage expectations effectively
- Collaborate in an onsite-offshore delivery model with daily interaction with onshore teams

Required Skills:

- Strong experience as Power BI Administrator
- Expertise in Power BI Service administration and governance
- Hands-on experience with security, access management, and compliance policies
- Strong knowledge of Power BI Gateway configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience in monitoring capacity, usage analytics, and audit logs
- Good understanding of data governance and reporting best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience:

- Total Experience: 8+ Years
- Relevant Experience: 5+ Years in Power BI Administration
