Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developer to join our team in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Agentforce, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, integrations, and Salesforce platform customization.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, including AI-powered Agentforce capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, LWC, and Aura Components.




- Build and enhance Salesforce Experience Cloud sites and solutions.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and integration technologies.
- Configure and customize Salesforce features based on business requirements.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and other technical teams.
- Follow Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes.

Required Skills

- 5 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce development and implementation.
- Strong experience in Apex, Apex Triggers, SOQL, and Salesforce development.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Aura Components.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration approaches.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and CI/CD processes.
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing AI-powered Salesforce solutions using Agentforce.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein and related AI capabilities.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is an advantage.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant, or related certifications are preferred.
