We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Aster DM Healthcare Limited in Kannur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing services and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Roles and Responsibility

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care strategies.
- Monitor patient vital signs, report changes to the doctor, and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain a clean and secure environment, adhering to infection control policies and promoting patient safety.




- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in nursing care.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Possess solid knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
