- Manage and maintain the fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of drivers and other staff members.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Analyze fuel consumption and reduce costs through effective driving practices.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet performance and maintenance schedules.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fleet Incharge or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Familiarity with transportation laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
