Job Title - Zoho Developer / Zoho CRM ; Creator Automation Specialist

Employment Type-Contract

Shift :-5pm to 3am , Monday to Friday

Role Objective

We are looking for a hands-on Zoho Developer to design, customize, automate, integrate, and maintain our Zoho ecosystem across multiple business operations. The candidate must be able to convert business workflows into scalable Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Flow, and Zoho Analytics solutions.

This is not a basic CRM admin role. The person must be comfortable with Deluge scripting, custom modules, workflows, APIs, data migration, automation logic, user permissions, and business process design.

Key Responsibilities

Zoho CRM Development

- Customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, fields, related lists, pipelines, and page layouts.
- Build custom modules for sales, client onboarding, operations, support, invoicing, and reporting.
- Configure workflows, blueprints, assignment rules, approval processes, validation rules, and notifications.
- Create CRM automations using Deluge custom functions.

Zoho Creator Development

- Build custom Zoho Creator applications, forms, reports, pages, portals, and workflows.
- Connect Creator apps with Zoho CRM, Books, Desk, Forms, Analytics, and external systems.
- Create business-specific apps for lead intake, onboarding, service requests, vendor management, operations tracking, and internal approvals.

Deluge Scripting & Automation

- Write clean, maintainable Deluge scripts.
- Build automation for lead assignment, task creation, email/SMS alerts, status updates, invoice generation, and data sync.
- Handle scheduled functions, custom buttons, CRM functions, Creator workflows, and API calls.
- Add error handling, retry logic, and logging for failed automations.

Zoho Books / Inventory / Finance Integration

- Integrate Zoho CRM with Zoho Books and Inventory.
- Automate estimate, invoice, payment, customer, product, and vendor workflows.
- Sync customer, deal, order,



and billing data between systems.

API & Third-Party Integration

- Integrate Zoho with websites, portals, CRMs, payment systems, logistics tools, hospitality systems, and other third-party platforms.
- Work with REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, JSON, Postman, and API documentation.
- Build secure and maintainable integrations.

Data Migration & Cleanup

- Migrate data from spreadsheets, legacy CRMs, Salesforce, or other tools into Zoho.
- Perform field mapping, deduplication, data validation, import testing, and UAT.
- Maintain clean data architecture and prevent duplicate records.

Reporting & Analytics

- Build dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics and CRM.
- Track sales, operations, customer activity, revenue, support, and automation performance.
- Help leadership make decisions using clean operational data.

Documentation & Support

- Document system architecture, workflows, automations, APIs, and deployment steps.
- Train internal users.
- Troubleshoot bugs, failed workflows, permissions issues, and integration failures.
- Support ongoing improvement of Zoho-based systems.
