Roles & Responsibilities:

- He/she would be responsible for driving branch revenue through Equity, Derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs, PMS, Bonds & Insurance.
- He /She would lead the team of relationship managers and equity advisors and handle the complete administration of the branch seamlessly.
- He/ she would supervise complete Branch Operations and achieving target for AUM, brokerage, client acquisition and activation.
- Ensures the growth of the branch business and is committed to its success and developing local market presence.
- Would have good man management skills, Customer Acquisition and Client Relationship Management.
- Should have good product/industry information.

Key Competencies:

- Ability to build teams, coaching, motivating and conflict resolution skills.
- Clear communication and strong presentation abilities.
- Strategic handling of HNI clients and Knowledge of investment products.
