The Manager HR will be responsible for managing end-to-end Darwinbox HRMS operations, administration, and HRMS projects. The role will ensure effective HRMS support, system optimization, and successful implementation of HR initiatives through the Darwinbox platform.
Key Responsibilities
Darwinbox HRMS Operations & Administration
- Manage day-to-day Darwinbox HRMS operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee HRMS queries and system-related issues.
- Monitor and resolve HRMS operational issues in a timely manner to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Coordinate with Darwinbox support teams for issue resolution, escalation management, and timely closure of tickets.
- Support periodic audits and ensure adherence to data governance and compliance requirements.
HRMS Projects & Process Improvement
- Drive HRMS-related projects, enhancements and recent feature implementations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Support change management and adoption of new HRMS features and processes across the organization.
Employee Support & Training
- Conduct HRMS training session for HR team/employees
- Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, FAQs, process documents, and training materials.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of Darwinbox functionalities.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4-5 years of experience in Darwinbox HRMS Operations, Administration, & Projects
- Hands-on experience in managing Darwinbox HRMS modules and system administration.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, experience in HRMS implementation, enhancements, and stakeholder management will be preferred.
