Node.js Developer (Full Time)

We are on the hunt for a passionate Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team at A2D Innovations Pvt. Ltd. You will be responsible for building and maintaining server-side logic, APIs, and integrating user-facing elements with backend services. We need someone who loves clean code, solving complex challenges, and taking ownership of their work.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Node.js server-side applications.
- Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end technologies.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code .
- Optimize server performance and scalability for maximum speed and reliability.
- Work with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL for data modeling and querying.
- Debug and resolve application issues and bugs.
- Stay updated with the latest Node.js technologies and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred), and asynchronous programming.
- Strong understanding of server-side development, including REST APIs and WebSocket integration .
- Experience working with databases like MongoDB , PostgreSQL , or MySQL .
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., React.js , Next.js ) to collaborate on full-stack development.
- Proficiency in using version control tools like Git .
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience in Scrum projects.




- Experience in writing unit tests and integration tests for backend services.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and deployment practices in cloud environments.

Recommended:

- Experience working with GraphQL .
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and tools like Kubernetes.
- Ability to work in a remote team and suggest improvements for development workflows.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

Interview Process
