Description

- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of elevators, escalators, and moving walks.
- Attend breakdown calls, diagnose faults, and restore equipment within the defined response time.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
- Conduct periodic inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Carry out minor repairs, adjustments, lubrication, and replacement of defective parts.
- Complete testing and commissioning activities after repairs or installation.
- Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and customer visit logs.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to EHS (Workplace, Health Safety) guidelines at all sites.




- Coordinate with customers, supervisors, and other departments to ensure timely service delivery.
- Identify modernization or repair opportunities and report them to the Service Sales team.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and support rescue operations whenever required.
