Role & responsibilities

- Conduct daily safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.
- Ensure proper usage of PPE by all employees, contractors, and visitors at the project site.
- Conduct safety induction and regular toolbox talks for workers and subcontractors.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and submit corrective action reports.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe execution of civil, MEP, and finishing activities.
- Monitor work permits for high-risk activities such as work at height, hot work, and lifting operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company EHS policies.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, training registers, and compliance documentation.
- Promote a robust safety culture and support the goal of achieving zero accidents at the project site.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience : 6-10 Yrs

Industry - High Raised Residential / Commercial Projects (Malls, IT Buildings, IT Parks) / Hospitals / Hotel

Qualification: Any Graduation with Safety Courses
