Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to generate a detailed production schedule based on the production plan to maximize the use of resources and meet established production specifications and schedules. Each day, you will feed information on production capacity issues and material availability. You will also showcase your expertise by releasing manufacturing work orders.

This role is contributing to the Motion business for High Power division based in Vadodara, India:

You will be mainly accountable for:

Production Planning and Scheduling (MTS)

- Formulate and execute Master Production schedule (MPS) and daily /weekly/shop-floor execution based on Make to Stock forecast and capacity constraint.
- Creating and maintaining a detailed production schedule from the production plan.
- Executing daily, plant-level Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to create and manage production requirements to meet the production delivery schedules.
- Establishing sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipment dates per the master schedule/plan.
- Monitoring schedule adherence, identifying key root causes for deviation, and taking follow-up improvement action .

Material Planning and Stock Management

- Execute Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to ensure optimal availability if raw material, sub assemblies, and component.
- Maintain lean inventory levels,



oversee safety stock parameter ,minimize obsolete inventory and optimize Net working capital tied up in inventory.
- Conduct regular stock analysis and reconciliation in coordination with Stores.

Qualifications for the role

Education :- Diploma or B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering.

Experience Required :- 5-6 Years core experience in PPC ,(Experience in Generators, Motors manufacturing will be added advantage)

Technical Proficiency:-

- Strong grasp of Make to Stock manufacturing dynamics, inventory control methodologies(ABC,FIFO,VED analysis) and Basic Supply Chain Principles
- Advanced ,hands-on experience in SAP PP &MM; module.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
- High proficiency in data analysis ,Advanced Excel, Power BI.

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage interdepartmental dependencies
- Sharp analytical and Problem solving mindset to handle agile shop floor priorities
- Excellent Communication -Verbal and Written
