We are looking for a Q-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our brand s presence across leading quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of campaign management, platform analytics, and performance marketing strategies to drive visibility, traffic, and sales growth.

ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (CPC/CPM) across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Flipkart and Amazon to achieve ROI-driven outcomes.
2. Manage daily operations of ad campaigns, including budget allocation, bidding, and monitoring performance metrics
3. Track and analyze sales data, campaign results, and platform insights to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
4. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve visibility, conversion rates, and ROI. Generate performance reports using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.).
5. Monitor competitor listings, pricing, and promotional strategies to stay ahead in the market.
6. Work closely with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to align campaigns with inventory, pricing, and promotional goals.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates,



and new features introduced by Q-commerce platforms.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 2 3 years of hands-on experience in Q-Commerce operations, preferably on platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Flipkart and Amazon
2. Proven expertise in CPC/CPM campaign management and performance marketing.
3. Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data interpretation).
4. Ability to interpret platform analytics and translate data into actionable insights.
5. Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
6. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
