Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated qualified with experience in Aerospace Engineering and Project Management Support to coordinate design activities, manage configuration items, and ensure timely delivery of engineering definitions in collaboration with Airbus, Safran, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage primary and secondary design flows for allocated Configuration Items (CIs).
- Ensure delivery of DMU and F3D definitions on time, meeting quality and cost targets.
- Ensure timely availability of subparts (e.g., 924/IP) for associated CIs.
- Create work preparation packages and launch work orders for suppliers.
- Coordinate daily with Airbus teams during DRP meetings to track design progress and resolve/escalate critical issues.
- Launch engineering release processes and secure compiler/design checker approvals.
- Perform quality investigations and root cause analysis for design and process-related issues.
- Support Configuration Management teams in TRS investigations and validate technical content.
- Develop and manage DMU concepts and update PZ Advisor during ESI Conf2 and ESI Conf3 milestones.
- Provide DQN/RDR solutions in SAP (T100)



and ensure closure through customer acceptance.
- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering delivery performance.

Required Skills Technical Skills

- Knowledge of Airbus/Safran engineering processes and procedures.
- Experience with DMU, F3D, Configuration Management, and Design Release processes.
- Working knowledge of SAP (T100), DQN, and RDR management.
- Understanding of aerospace product development lifecycle.
- Experience in quality investigations and root cause analysis.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3-8 years of experience in Aerospace Engineering, Design Coordination, Project Management Support, or Configuration Management.
- Experience working within Airbus, Safran, or Aerospace industry environments.
- Understanding of engineering design release processes and product lifecycle management.
