Job Summary:
Supervise daily pharmaceutical operations, ensure GMP and SOP compliance, maintain product quality, lead the production team, and achieve production targets safely and efficiently.
Skills:
- Solid knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Complete supervision of individual Shift activities, Operators and Casual employees.
- Coordination with the Production Manager, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Quality Control departments.
- Preparation of Caustic solution and Methanol as per production plan.
- Preparation & revision of SOPs and training employees.
- Updating records like BMR, Machine logbook, checklists, calibration records, etc.
- Control on batch yield and over-time.
