Job Summary:
We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive sales growth and market expansion for our FMCG/Beverage products. The candidate will be responsible for managing field sales operations, handling distributor and super stockiest networks, leading sales teams, and achieving business targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.
- Manage and develop relationships with distributors, super stockiest, and key retail partners.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the field sales team to maximize market coverage and productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.




- Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution of promotional activities.
- Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Maintain regular reporting on sales performance and market developments.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 4-6 years of experience in FMCG or Beverage sales.
- Proven experience in field sales and territory management.
- Experience in handling distributors and super stockiest.
- Prior team handling experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
